On 22 November 2007, the seminar "Introduction to Kaizen (Continuous Improvement Processes)” will be held for the first time as part of the Z.O.G. programme by the Kaizen Institute, Bad Homburg, in co-operation with Umicore Galvanotechnik. In the beginning of 2006, Umicore Galvanotechnik introduced this method in its own house with "Improving the Good" as a motto. The objective of this philosophy is to make work routines even more efficient. We would be very pleased about the registration of employers, company and department managers etc. who are interested in the benefits of Kaizen and think about introducing it.
